Register Your Brewery for the Fresh Hop 2017
Required equipment brewery must provide:
- Jockey box and CO2 tank
- 1 Barrels/trash cans/ect… for keg to sit in ice bath
- 1, “1/2” barrel keg of Fresh hop beer. The first brewery to blow through their beer will receive free promotions and accolades.
- Bring your beer details listed on a 8.5″ x 11″ slant back sign holder so folks can read all about your custom fresh hop beer! Or some other presentation so beer lovers can read all about you and your beer!
- Distribute your own material at jockey box station.
Load in: Friday September 29 3 – 7 PM – we have to have the fire marshall inspect at 9 am Saturday so need everything set by Friday evening.
Load out: Saturday September 30, 6:30 PM
There are no marketing fees to participate but YOU MUST provide a knowledgeable brewery staff member to serve samples and pints and take tokens.
Placement of one banner near your assigned brewery space or up to 5 foot wide banner to hang behind your pouring station from the top of the tent canopy back wall. Decorate your assigned 4 foot table area as you see fit including table cover and skirt. Otherwise, plastic table covers will be provided. Includes entrance for one brewer server to pour your own beer.
This event is raising money for Mt St. Helens Institute.
There are no free pours for brewers
